What information do I need to create a profile?
To create a dog profile, you'll need your dog's name, a description of their personality, breed, age, gender, size, and energy level. You'll also need to upload 3 photos of your dog and 1 selfie with you (the owner) to verify authenticity.
How does profile verification work?
Every dog profile is manually reviewed by our team before it goes live. We check that all required information is provided, photos are appropriate, and the owner selfie matches. This ensures a safe, authentic community.
Can I add multiple dogs to my account?
Yes. You can manage multiple dogs in one account: up to 3 dogs on the free plan and up to 6 dogs on Pro. Each dog has its own profile, photos, preferences, and matches, and you can switch between them anytime.
Is it safe to meet dogs from the app?
Safety is our priority. All profiles are human-verified, and we recommend meeting in public dog parks first. Our real-time chat lets you get to know owners before meeting, and you can always report any concerns.
